You will also have things to wash up afterwards. The dishes and appliances to have at hand are:

Preparation and cooking time

It usually takes us 40 minutes to prepare this meal. No rush though, takes as long as it takes.

Every Project27 Skills recipe takes only 3 key steps to prepare. The rest is a matter of creativity..

Step 1: Play music in the kitchen. I recommend this playlist.

Step 2: Pour a glass of drink for the chef.

Step 3: Get cooking, get creative! Here is how we do it:

Steps

  1. Start with boiling the whole pilled potatoes and eggs. After these are done, wait until they cool down.
  2. SLice the sausage, potatos, and eggs.
  3. Take a baking tray and oil up the bottom of it. Spread some bread crumble over the tray.
  4. Lay down a layer of potato, then a layer of eggs.
  5. Now add a layer of sausage, and cover it with sour cream.
  6. Time for seasoning. Don’t forget the salt and pepper.
  7. Now repeat the same layers once more, and cover it all up with a layer of potato.
  8. Finish it with olive oil on the potato and breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, on 180 degrees Celsius.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
