Preparation and cooking time

It usually takes us 10 minutes to prepare this meal. No rush though, takes as long as it takes.

Every Project27 Skills recipe takes only 3 key steps to prepare. The rest is a matter of creativity..

Step 1: Play music in the kitchen. I recommend this playlist.

Step 2: Pour a glass of drink for the chef.

Step 3: Get cooking, get creative! Here is how we do it:

Steps

  1. Start heating up the wine at low heat in a pot.
  2. Crush the cinnamon stick into the wine, and chuck a handful of cloves and cardamom into it. If available, put the spices into a tea infuser.
  3. Zest orange skin, and squeeze the juice of half an orange into the wine.
  4. Stir and add the sugar.
  5. Finally add the plums and water and wait until it heats up again.
  6. Serve into mugs with a few plums.
