Preparation and cooking time

It usually takes us 20 minutes to prepare this meal. No rush though, takes as long as it takes.

Every Project27 Skills recipe takes only 3 key steps to prepare. The rest is a matter of creativity..

Step 1: Play music in the kitchen. I recommend this playlist.

Step 2: Pour a glass of drink for the chef.

Step 3: Get cooking, get creative! Here is how we do it:

Steps

  1. Finely chop the onions and chuck it in a sauce pan. Sprinkle the oil on the onion from the tuna cans, or use olive oil. Start frying.
  2. Add a bit of paprika to the onions and load the tuna on. Stir it. Add the seasoning to it.
  3. Add the white wine and boil the alcohol away.
  4. add the tomato puree, ketchup and the herbs. Grate the garlic on the mixture.
  5. Boil the penne for 8 minutes, then mix the tuna and the pasta in a bowl.
  6. Serve it with cheese.
