Preparation and cooking time
It usually takes us 30 minutes to prepare this meal. No rush though, takes as long as it takes.
Every Project27 Skills recipe takes only 3 key steps to prepare. The rest is a matter of creativity..
Step 1: Play music in the kitchen. I recommend this playlist.
Step 2: Pour a glass of drink for the chef.
Step 3: Get cooking, get creative! Here is how we do it:
Steps
- boil the pasta for 8 minutes
- spread the pasta in an oven dish
- while the pasta is hot, spread and mix the diced shpeck or lardons with it.
- mix the pasta with the cottage cheese and the sour cream
- bake it in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
