Preparation and cooking time

It usually takes us 30 minutes to prepare this meal. No rush though, takes as long as it takes.

Every Project27 Skills recipe takes only 3 key steps to prepare. The rest is a matter of creativity..

Step 1: Play music in the kitchen. I recommend this playlist.

Step 2: Pour a glass of drink for the chef.

Step 3: Get cooking, get creative! Here is how we do it:

Steps

  1. Place the lard in a sauce pan, and add the finely chopped onions to fry.
  2. add the chopped mushrooms and sliced leek and wait until it goes soft.
  3. now add the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  4. add the rice, and pore the wine on it. Stir until wine is absorbed.
  5. add the herb mix and gradually add the stock until the rice goes sticky.
  6. At the end grate the garlic on the risotto and add the butter.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
